I’m going to say something that is an absolute fact.

Marriage cannot. . Debt, age, sickness, children, friends, career, bills cannot.  Nothing, and I mean nothing, can keep you from living your dream life, and having perfect peace in every situation unless you choose otherwise.

Why am I saying this?

This has been the centre of my conversation for the past weeks, and reassuring people- it is achievable!

Everyday we are faced with a choice whether we will be moved by the chaos of the world or whether we will remain in God’s perfect peace. As we approach the end of the year, I know you might be thinking.. “But Aji I’m not even closer to my goal for 2016 or, how can I be of good cheer with what I’m going through?”

You choose . . . because you are a creature of free will. . .you can choose to be cheerful or you can choose the “nobody knows the trouble I’ve seen” mentality.

I believe the smart choice is the former and what you do today will determine how good or bad things will be in the remainder of 2016. . .as well as the rest of our life..

Here are my favourite 4 tips and hope it’ll  help you finish 2016 strong and successful:

1. Encourage yourself – I recite my mantra more this period. Do you have a mantra? When you are in doubt, recite it over again.

2. Be intentional with your “to do” list – A “to do” list brings your future into your present. Avoid the act of saying, start taking action.

3. Stay in your lane – Avoid competition, comparison and distractions. Your times are in God’s hand – trust Him.

4. Celebrate small wins– by far my best. Every opportunity for me to drink wine or pop a champagne! You do not have to wait till it’s a big one, embrace the joy small wins brings.

Friends, life is too sweet not to have a taste.
