Have you ever had moments where you felt like everything was perfect? You’d get along with everybody, say the right things, and work with clarity and ease. You’ll even be so peaceful around your health and enjoy an excellent quality of life.
You’d feel a calm confidence around your work, and attract all the resources you need and desire.
At these moments everything looks brighter as you start noticing the richness of life all around you; your confidence and courage blossom…..but then these moments often slip away as soon as you notice them, you’ve probably experienced them at some point… Haven’t you?

I’d imagined being in this perfect state especially;

  • That I have complex projects to handle and my reputation is at stake
  • As I deal with betrayal from close associates
  • When I received the unusual calls from my son’s school
  • And many more……

Well, “what if we could tap into this moment whenever we want, harness it, and experience it everyday?”

The truth is we can experience this…

G’friend, after several research and practice, I found three consistent things a savvy woman need to easily cultivate confidence everyday. I’m going to walk you through each one of those three things and why you need them.
Before we begin, I thought you’d want to know why you need to cultivate confidence, and as a matter of fact; everyday? The answer is simple: the level of success you achieve in life and your happiness, are dependent on your level of self-confidence. Ditto. Check out career confidence boosters here:

If you want to cultivate confidence throughout the entire day and improve the quality of your life, ask yourself this question every morning:
“What is my deepest innermost value?”

I was struggling with a situation recently which was not aligned with my values, my eating habit was affected, had break out on my face, and I noticed my normally confident self was not 100% meaning that my output was affected. I paused for a while and took stock of recent events, and realized – just like animals have their natural habitat where they flourish; where I was at that point in my life was totally out of sync.

Why would you want to do that to yourself?

Do you value peace, love, integrity, friendship, etc.? if you reflect on your personal, business, and relationship values several times throughout the day, you’ll feel more confident, happier and more capable of dealing with difficult issues and conflicts.

Neuro-scientific research shows that if you take 60 seconds once each hour to do anything pleasurable (anything you enjoy), the hormone that is released from your motivation center in your brain will allow you to work harder and more efficiently to achieve the goals you desire.
So let us assume you desire to feel confident everyday, take 60 seconds to picture yourself talking confidently with people. The best way to do this is to lean back in your chair, close your eyes, and let your mind wander for a couple of minutes.
All you have to do is to watch how your thoughts and feelings flow in and out of consciousness, as you remain deeply relaxed.
I’ve discovered that daydreaming actually increases consciousness and eliminates negative emotions like anger and fear. Practice this now and let me know how you feel.

What else can explain the way we feel and how we interpret things men just can’t seem to understand? What can explain that raw, gut feeling we get when we know something is “just” wrong?
Some people refer it as “sixth sense.” However you label it, I know it’s something very powerful. It’s a powerful force within us, and while many times it’s an unwelcomed visitor (gut feeling).

This is the voice of your inner being, it’s not a world-based awareness, but it’s the most trustworthy sense we humans have, and you can tap in to it through different means (prayer, meditation, mindfulness etc.)
Practice this:

Let us assume you’re trying to decide if you should take a new job that pays twice the salary as your current one, your head says of course! That’s a lot of money, but you notice that you feel a little sick to your stomach, nervous or exhausted. That’s an intuitive cue that you should step back and really examine the offer.
Now lean back in your chair, keep still, and listen to this inner speech; you can then use your intuition to weigh and evaluate the best action to take.
This practice does not take longer than 3 – 5 minutes, so you can use it at anytime in the day, and you’re sure to make the right decision and your confidence soar.
